In That case,Β  pls try to change or fix the battery from local watch repairer.

If the problem is not solved even after changing the battery, you can follow below steps to create a return.

Step 1:

Visit: https://track.brandonly.co.in

and enter your order id and tap submit

Note: If account not created, then create an account with same email id that you used while placing the order.

Step 2:

Tap on request to return, and provide otp.

Further fill up all return related details and upload image of the product, also add refund account details

If you are facing trouble in receiving OTP, then you will need to email us so that we can create your return manually.

2) Bank Details for refund:

– IFSC code
– Mobile number
– Name of holder
